1. First you must load the sales order that you wish to ship and invoice in the Sales Order application. Click on the Find button in the toolbar and locate the sales order. Highlight the sales order and double click to load it into the Sales Order application.
2. Enter the quantity to be invoiced in the Qty To Invoice column for each item.
3. To access the ship and invoice functionality, right click on the mouse in the header section of the Sales Order application. Select the Ship & Invoice option.
4. Upon confirmation that you wish to ship and invoice, the Invoice/Credit Memo application will be loaded with the newly created customer invoice.
5. The customer invoice is applied to the customer's balance and the stocked item quantity on sales order is decreased and quantity on hand is also decreased. |
