Ship & Invoice A Sales Order |

1. Access the Find Sales Order application from the Find Button dropdown list.
Locate the Sales Order document for which you wish to ship and invoice and double-click on the line. You may need to change the Begin and End Date Range in the Find Sales Order screen to locate the Sales Order document. If you change the date range, you must click on the Refresh button to display documents in the new range.
Key in the Document Id in the Document Id column filter bar to quickly locate the Sales Order. If you do not know the Document Id, you may filter on Customer or Amount to help you locate the document. See Using Find Lists.
2. Verify that the Qty Ordered on each sales order transaction is equal to the quantity you actually wish to invoice. Make any necessary changes to the quantity ordered. The Ship & Invoice option will automatically use the Qty Ordered as the invoice quantity.
3. Right click on the mouse in the header section of the Sales Order application and select the Ship & Invoice option.
4. Upon confirmation that you wish to ship and invoice the sales order, the Invoice/Credit Memo application will be loaded with the newly created invoice for the customer.
