Active

Active denotes whether the tax is active. Inactive taxes cannot be applied to customers, vendors, addresses or documents and cannot be added to Sales Tax Groups.

Taxes that are used as part of a Sales Tax Group, or have been applied to a customer, vendor, address or document that has not been processed cannot be made inactive.
