Customization Resources allows you to add custom fields to the information that ObjAcct already tracks about your accounts, customers, vendors, employees, other names, jobs, company setup, and the items you purchase and sell. These custom fields are displayed in the Other Tab for the respective entity.
You may also add custom fields to document entry or activity screens to track information specific to your company. These custom fields will appear in the header section of the respective document entry or activity screen.
To add a custom field to an entity screen or document entry activity screen, follow these steps:
1. Identify the Resource ID of the field you wish to add.
2. Fill out the Resource ID, Text and check the Activefield and click on Save.
3. Open the ObjAcct application for which you added a custom field. The custom field will appear either in the Other Tab or in the document header section.
