Amount

Amount is the dollar amount of the invoice or credit memo displayed for printing.

If you see documents in this screen that you do not want printed, you can eliminate them from the list by changing them in either Invoice/Credit Memo.  Use the Find button to recall the document and uncheck To Print for invoices or credit memos.
