Web services URL

Web services URL is the URL (Universal Resource Locator) of the web services on a specific ObjAcct server.  For example:

http://webservices.ObjAcct.com/  or  http://server1/ObjAcct/webservices/

This value should be obtained from the administrator of the server you want to access.
