You may setup multiple tasks for each job to breakdown the activities of the job. 

 

Click on the Default Tasks to create a job task for each Task setup in the Task List screen.   

 

To add a new task to a job, click on the New Task button on the Job Tasks tab.  Select the task ID from the dropdown list, fill out the other task information and click Save.   

 

To edit existing tasks, highlight the task you wish to modify and click on the Edit Task button and click Save when you have completed your changes.   You may use the Next and Previous buttons to page through a given job's tasks. 

 

The following fields are maintained for each job task:

Description

 

End Date

 

Start Date

 

Task ID
