Name

An optional Name may be assigned to a journal entry. Any Name entered in the system; vendors, customers, employees and other names, are available for selection. You may enter a name or look it up.  As you enter a name in the Type-Thru drop box, ObjAcct will find the best match. 

You can also click on the down arrow at the right of the drop box to display the full list of names. Scroll down the list until you find the desired name and click to retrieve it for the journal entry.
