Task

Task is the specific activity associated with the job for which you recording an item sale  You may enter task or look it up. As you enter a message in the Type-Thru drop box, ObjAcct will find the best match. 

You can also click on the down arrow at the right of the drop box to display the full list of tasks for the job. Scroll down the list until you find the desired task and click to retrieve it for the item sale.
