Find Customer Payment will display a list of customer payments entered in the Customer Payment application and credit memos entered in the Invoice/Credit Memo application.
You may display all, applied or unapplied payments and/or credit memos. Click on the Document ID field to load a specific document into the Customer Payment application to apply the payment or credit memo to an outstanding invoice.
