Job

Enter a Job or look it up. As you enter a job in the Type-Thru drop box, ObjAcct will find the best match.

You can also click on the down arrow at the right of the drop box to display the full list of jobs. Scroll down the list until you find the desired job and click to retrieve it for the estimate.

If Validate Jobs By Customer in Company Setup is checked, the list of available jobs will be limited to those associated with the Customer selected for the document.  Otherwise, a listing of active jobs will be displayed.

If you enter a Job in the Header section, all transactions for the estimate will be assigned that Job ID and you will be able to enter a job at the transaction level as well.
