Customers

Customers is used to view and edit all existing customers that you have entered into ObjAcct.  Customers are the clients that you bill for products or services. 

 

Customers are required to create invoices, credit memos and the documents that pay them in Customer PaymentCustomers can also be used to identify journal entry lines and for deposits.

 

Click Refresh in the Toolbar to display the current  Balance for each Customer in the Customer List screen.

 

Click Reports in the Toolbar to display the selection screen for the Customer Balance Detail report.  The Customer Filter will be set to the account you are currently viewing, Begin Date will default to the first day of the current business date and End Date will default to the current business date.  Click Preview to view the report.
