Validate Jobs By Customer

If each job performed by your company should be associated with only one customer , then you should check the Validate Jobs By Customer checkbox. 

This will ensure that throughout ObjAcct, only the Customer associated with a Job in the  Jobs Listapplication will be assigned to documents, such as invoices and payments. 

If your company performs jobs that may require invoicing multiple customers, you should not check the Validate Jobs By Customer checkbox.
