Use Batches

If you want to use batch processing to enter your business documents, you should check the Use Batches field. 

If the Use Batches field is checked, documents entered in ObjAcct activity screens will be placed On Hold status and released to post to the general ledger account balances and customer or vendor account balances in the Batch Release process.
