Budget List By Account Class

The Budget List By Account Class report provides a listing of all account, class and fiscal year budget information entered in the system summarized by general ledger account and class.

The Budget List By Account Class displays the year to date budget information for the fiscal year selected and budget type selected.

The list of accounts displayed may be changed by entering a single account number or by using wildcard characters to select more than one account.  An asterisk "*" matches the rest of the string.  Entering "10*" will cause all accounts beginning with "10" to be displayed.  A question mark "?" replaces a single character.  Entering "1??5" will cause every four-character account whose first character is a "1" and whose last character is a "5" to be listed.

The list of classes displayed may be changed by entering a single class ID number or by using wildcard characters to select more than one class.  An asterisk "*" matches the rest of the string.  Entering "S*" will cause all classes beginning with "S*" to be displayed.  A question mark "?" replaces a single character.  Entering "1??5" will cause every four-character class whose first character is a "1" and whose last character is a "5" to be listed.
