The Job Budget Inquiry tab will display job budget information. A Job and Job Status filter allows you to limit the job budgets displayed.
Actual job activity, budgeted amounts and a variance of the budget to actual is displayed.
If the Company Setup - Use Job Budgets option is checked, you may enter budget transactions for jobs, tasks and account categories.
If an account class combination is entered with job budget information, the budget amounts will also be included in the account class budget display. If you do not to include job budget transactions in account class budget amounts, do not assign an account to your job budget transactions.
