Sales Taxes

Sales Taxes is used to view and edit all existing sales taxes that you have entered into ObjAcct.  Sales Taxes are individual taxes, while Sales Tax Groups are an aggregate of multiple Sales Taxes. The taxes and tax groups you create here can be applied to your customers' taxable subtotals in Create Invoices & Credit Memos. 

A default Sales Tax can be assigned to each of your customers in the Customer List screen, and the Items you sell can be checked as Taxable in the Item List screen.
