The Customer List report provides a listing of all customers entered in the system. By default the report shows both active and inactive customers. Inactive customers may be excluded from the report.
A single customer can be displayed by entering a single Customer ID. Wildcard characters can be used to select more than one customer. An asterisk "*" matches the rest of the string. Entering "OH*" will cause all customers beginning with "OH" to be displayed. A question mark "?" replaces a single character. Entering "O??O*" will cause every customer whose first character is an "O" and whose fourth character is an "O" to be listed.
If you are using Microsoft Outlook or Express, you can create an email for a customer by clicking on the appropriate email address.
