Report Http Timeout

Report Http Timeout is the number of seconds to wait for the remote server to respond when running reports before displaying the Retry message. 

If the server cannot be accessed within the Timeout period, the following message is displayed:

" Cannot access Server: <Web Services URL>"

You may select Retry or Cancel.  Always try Retry at least once to see if the problem is temporary.
