Process Http Timeout

Process Http Timeout is the number of seconds to wait for the remote server to respond when running a process such as Close Fiscal Year before displaying the Retry message.

If the server cannot be accessed within the Timeout period, the following message is displayed:

" Cannot access Server: <Web Services URL>" 

You may select Retry or Cancel.  Always try Retry at least once to see if the problem is temporary.
