Last Journal Entry Doc Nbr

Last Journal Entry Doc Nbr is used to define the numbering scheme for journal entry documents.

New journal entries numbers are assigned by adding one to the Last Journal Entry Doc Nbr and appending the number to a "JL" prefix.
