Fiscal Period Close Date

Fiscal Period Close Date is the date of the last fiscal period closed.  No transactions may be added, changed or deleted if the transaction date is on or before the Fiscal Period Close Date. 

The Fiscal Period Close Date may not be prior to the Fiscal Year Close Date.
