Adding A New Report |

If you want to add a new report to your ObjAcct system, follow the steps below:
1. Double click on the Report Description that you wish to use as a template in the Customize Report - List Screen.
2. The report layout editor will be displayed with that report layout. Click on the Save As Icon.
3. Enter the ID (Description) of the new report you wish to create and click on Save to create the new report layout.
4. The new report will be loaded in the report layout editor. Make the necessary changes and click on the Save Icon to save the changes. Click on the Close Icon to return to the Customize Report - List Screen.
5. You may edit the Report Setup information for new custom reports that you add to the system. Click on the Report Setup Icon to access the Report Setup information. See ObjAcct WinLedger System Manager documentation for more information. Click on Close to return to the report layout editor.
6. When you return to the Customize Report - List Screen, the new report appears in the list with the ID of the report that was copied to create it in parentheses. The Type has been set to "Custom" and the report defaults to Active.
